Adam Conway founded Conway Entertainment in 1993 and in 2005 acquired The Piano Man’s DJ Productions, which was also founded the same year. Adam knew that these two entertainment companies were a perfect match. Both companies hold the same high standards, values, and ideals.
Adam always knew he wanted to be in the entertainment business since his early years and found his calling by the age of 16. His love for music, dance, and entertaining others drove him to the DJ industry. Adam has a genuine desire to make your event a wonderful experience and instills this belief in all his entertainers. Adam specializes in weddings and Bar/Bat mitzvahs and performs for over 80 events per year.

From start to finish Adam and his staff were professional, personable and caring about making our wedding day perfect. Matt and I are so incredibly happy with our choice to choose Conway Entertainment for our DJ service. Matt knew Adam from working with him in the past, so we knew he would be amazing! What we did not know is that he would exceed our expectations. To begin with, Diana, the operations manager, was extremely timely in answering any and all questions we had through email. Even up until a few days before the wedding we were putting in details such as the Father Daughter Dance through email, and she got everything straight to Adam. She was friendly and we felt confident everything would get relayed to the DJ. Adams energy is THROUGH THE ROOF. He had every single person at our wedding on the dance floor. He recommended things we should do and parts we should leave out. We are so glad we followed all of his recommendations (for example, we left out the garter toss and bouquet toss because it would have taken time away from everyone dancing). We had the most amazing time at our wedding and we are basing this largely on Adam. He played all the song requests we had and kept everyone dancing until the end of the night. We even wanted to extend our time! If you are debating between DJ companies, if you are looking for a reliable company that will keep the party going all night, then go with Conway Entertainment. :)”
I don’t typically write reviews, but Adam was so amazing I felt compelled to do so! From the very beginning he had such a great energy to him. He was so helpful in guiding us through the process and understanding what would work. I know he must be very busy but he always made me feel like I had his full attention and was very responsive to all my emails. And of course, the wedding reception was exceptional! Again, he has such an amazing energy that carried through to everyone. He was able to keep a light and fun atmosphere but at the same time direct the crowd to what was going on next. He had everyone on the dance floor the entire night (which can be quite the feat in my family)! My guests could not stop talking about how amazing he was. The DJ really makes or breaks your wedding reception, and so we are so very, very happy with picking Adam for our night!”

Adam Conway, the owner, was the DJ for my daughter’s wedding this past weekend at the Inn at Erlowest in Lake George. From the beginning working with this company was a wonderful experience. Diana, always picks up the phone, answered all our emails promptly and had the answer to every question. We chose Adam as our DJ at her suggestion. We wanted someone who understood our needs and would listen to us and enhance our wedding celebration, not take it over. We called and emailed Adam whenever we had an idea, question or technical issue, in addition to filling out their extensive on line “form”. He kept us calm and reassured. The night of the wedding he arrived earlier than contracted to set up all the mics & the electric piano for the ceremony. The reception was also perfection! I don’t know how did it, but we could talk and dance! He listened to us and understood exactly how we wanted the wedding to be, and handled it exactly how we had envisioned it, but with his added expertise. How do you know your party went well? No one is sitting while the music is playing…….no one was sitting at our wedding!!!!!”
Conway Entertainment was suggested to us by The State Room for our wedding on 8/31/14. We were planning our wedding from Boston and decided to go with Adam Conway. Unlike most weddings we did not get a chance to meet any of our vendors including Adam ahead of time. Despite the distance and schedule conflicts, Adam was there to work with us, and took the time to call his from his home at 8pm on a Monday night to plan our day. We spoke for almost 2 hours and he made sure to cover every single detail. When we ended the call I felt so comfortable knowing our day was going to be perfect. When we finally met Adam it felt like he was a part of the family and just as he had promised our day was perfect. He included everything we asked for, he was professional, he was honest, and the services he provides are top notch to say the least. The monogram he did for us was stunning. People are still talking about how amazing the DJ was and how awesome the monogram looked. I can’t say enough about how amazing it was dealing with Conway Entertainment and especially Adam Conway.”
Adam Conway was the DJ for our reception and did a fantastic job! In the year leading up to the wedding, all of my questions were answered promptly and politely through email by Diana. I did not have a wedding planner and was nervous about everything running smoothly in terms of our schedule; after having a planning meeting with Adam, I was confident that he would help keep our schedule on track. Adam understood the kind of music we wanted and played all of our “must-play” songs. He also gauged the mood of the crowd and had lots of his own great choices to get everyone dancing. Adam’s DJ services were great, but he was also willing to answer other questions for me about weddings to help everything run smoothly. I would definitely recommend him!!!!”

He knew my husband loved Phil Collins and Genesis and played 10-15 songs that my husband loved without being told! He was an excellent DJ! We had an older crowd of guests and I was afraid that no one would dance. Adam knew all the right songs to play and there was never a dull moment on the dance floor! Everyone had such a great time! The online tool was a great help, since I was far away from the location. We finally arrived in NY one week before the wedding, which was our only opportunity to sit down with Adam and make sure we were all on the same page. He really took the time with us to go over everything – name pronunciations, song selections, ideas, and recommendations. We even came to the meeting with a last minute request for a Latin song, which was the wedding song of family members that celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on the same day as our wedding. Adam gave me a follow up call a couple of days later to assure me that he was able to find all of our requested songs!
Adam was fantastic! He knew just what the crowd needed and worked in all my most important personal requests. I truly appreciate that he was able to accomplish our last minute requests for a couple of specific Latin songs and then was able to play more Latin music when noticing that the guests loved it! Adam was able to take that and run with it to keep the guests on the dance floor.
The guests loved Adam & we had a great time! Adam really knows how to read a crowd. At the same time, he won’t let them just sit in their seats either. He was awesome!
Adam was great! We walked through the name pronunciations in our meeting but he double-checked it with the actual people as he was lining everyone up for the introductions. He knew just when to talk to get people dancing and when to just hang back and let the guests have their fun.

We have been told by many people that it was the best wedding they have ever attended…even the staff at the Edison Club said so… I loved how you involved the crowd during dinner, I do not like going to weddings that take too much time to get going…I think that set the tone for the entire evening and I know that if we were allowed, we would have been there for a few more hours…they weren’t ready to go and I believe that was because of you.”
Absolutely fantastic!! We had the time of our lives!! Adam was very prompt in returning phone calls. I was so at ease knowing he would have my questions or concerns addressed in such a timely manner. The questionnaires were so easy to fill out & made such a difference. It was nice to know we were all on the same page as to what types of music we wanted played, and especially what we didn’t want. And Adam didn’t stray from our questionnaire one bit. So many other DJ’s just play what they want, or think they know what will keep the people up better than you and end up playing music you don’t really like, but Adam went with everything we talked about before the wedding. Adam knew exactly how to pronounce everyone’s names. That was really nice!
I am still getting compliments a month after the wedding. Everyone I have talked to has said how much fun the DJ was, and complimented the music he played. I don’t think anyone sat down that night. It was so much fun! He had our guests dancing before dinner was served, and they didn’t stop till the reception was over. We danced for 6 hours straight! If Adam saw people responding to a fast dance, he played a few more so they stayed up there. And the “Crazy Table” dance was great!! He also played a few of my favorite songs that we hadn’t even talked about. It seemed like just by filling out the questionnaire, he knew what we’d like. I was absolutely amazed!
