Kyle Faulkner is a professional DJ that is proud to say that he has been an entertainer with us since 2002. He plays multiple instruments and sees music as more than just a hobby, rather a passion! His love for music is truly displayed when he gets behind the DJ booth and aspires to entertain everyone in the room. Kyle feels that he is a diverse individual thus making him a dynamic entertainer. He enjoys interacting at events and loves meeting new people. He constantly strives to be a living example of the company’s values.

To Piano Man,
This letter is concerning my son’s wedding which was held on September 10, 2011, and Kyle was our DJ. I am the Director of Sales for Birch Hill and have been in the wedding business for over 20 years. From the minute Kyle introduced us until the end of the night, we went overtime twice, as none of our guests left early; the dance floor was packed!
My family and friends all said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Kyle mixed up the music for the younger and older people, and everyone had a ball dancing the night away. My son’s friends all said they will stay friends with him forever because I have a younger daughter 18 and they wanna be invited to her wedding down the road.
As the Sales Director for Birch Hill Catering, I do a lot of weddings and see a lot of DJ’s. Piano Man in my mind is one of the most professional DJ services in the Capital District. If you can get my husband on a dance floor most of the night, you have hit a home run!
Remember when planning a wedding, the food, music and of course your pictures are your memories and we will have a lifetime of memories thanks to Kyle.
From beginning throughout the planning stage and the time he spent with my daughter-in-law and son picking out songs, he was great. Even if he did not have the songs, he made sure he got them for their special day. Everything on their wish list for that day was met by Kyle.
The uplighting we got through them was a surprise to Michael & Brittany, and it made the room look even more beautiful, and believe me, the Conservatory Room at Birch Hill is already stunning! It was so elegant.
Kyle and the staff at Piano Man will always be on my number one recommendation list at Birch Hill and hold a special place in our hearts.
My goddaughter who had just got engaged and was at the wedding ended up booking Piano Man for her wedding because of all the fun and the special touches Kyle put into our wedding.

We’ve never had so many positive comments from partygoers! Kyle is very easy to work with; he was very professional–calling us to confirm details, etc. He handled raffles, our virtual convention, and dvd with ease. We can’t say enough about his ability to get people up out of their seats, dancing, and having fun. After our planning meeting with Kyle, we walked out and said to ourselves there is one less thing we have to worry about. He helped keep us on track at the wedding, and made quick suggestions when it look as though the event was going by faster than we expected. A few on the spot changes and no one even knew they happened. The guests had a blast with the involvement, fun hand outs, etc. Kyle definitely realized we were a young, party group and played music that keyed to that. Kyle was great! He went above and beyond, making sure that we were okay with more than just the music. He was also nice enough to ask if we needed anything or a drink whenever he came near us. It was certainly a day to remember!”

Kyle was better at managing our event than our wedding coordinator from the catering company. He always put our needs first and considered our opinions in each selection.
Everybody LOVED him! They booed at the end of the night because nobody wanted him to leave… they hoped the party could continue on. Throughout the night guests commented on his selections, his friendly nature, and his talent as an emcee. Kyle really picked up on the vibe of the crowd and made everyone get up and dance!
