Over the past 12 years we have earned the proud reputation of consistently exceeding the expectations from our Brides and Grooms at the event and also during the planning stages for their special day. We feel that it is our responsibility to not only make sure your guests have the most memorable and fun time possible, but to also be there for you beforehand to help make your dream wedding day come true! That is why we are one of the few DJ services in the Capital District that offers personal consultation before your reception, to discuss how you like your day to go, with our professional guidance. Discussing special musical selections, bridal party announcing, and formality order are the main topics covered at this meeting. A copy of the discussed itinerary from your file is then printed for you to keep as a reference tool when needed. This appointment is usually made 2-3 weeks before your wedding day, but of course may be earlier if you request. Remember that this consultation is not a requirement, but a helpful tool at your discretion. Our clients may also simply complete & submit the online wedding reception form, followed by a short phone meeting, at your convenience. (This especially works for brides/grooms planning their wedding day from out-of-town.)

Finding out more about your DJ before reserving
After reviewing your DJ's profile web page, you may want to meet with him before reserving. Go for it! This allows the opportunity to get acquainted with your DJ, ask questions, and discuss further details about what we can offer you at your reception. At Piano Man Productions, we want to make sure you feel comfortable with your prospective DJ before reserving, no matter what DJ service you decide upon, since that professional service will play a vital role on your special day. We would be happy to present additional references, or possible dates that may be available for you to see the service "in action." (Some private parties may prohibit the public to attend.) Just remember that since we do tailor to the wants of the client, the music and formalities that are conducted at a particular performance may of course be adjusted by you for your celebration.
When You Have Chosen The Piano Man's DJ Productions:
Your completed wedding sign-up form and deposit reserves your date.
(The return address is listed on the bottom of the sign-up form, with checks/money orders payable to: Piano Man Productions, LLC). As described on the sign-up form, Mastercard or Visa may be applied to deposits only. Please make balance check payable to the name of your Musical Host at the event, unless paying by cash.
Once your response is received, you will be contacted by your Musical Host to confirm that your date is officially reserved, and to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have.
Now all you have to worry about is saying the words 'I Do," & let The Piano Man's DJ Productions lead the celebration at your reception!
